About Us

Manchester is brilliant, no doubt about it, a city founded on industry and radical thinking. We at GM Parking, working in conjunction with the authorities and population of our wonderful home, want to preserve these traits.  This is not a manifesto, but a celebration and a demonstration of how much Manchester means to us. Here's what we are doing: 

• Industry - What a great time the Industrial Revolution was; the government is working hard to return the joys of land barons and poorhouses. We would like to contribute by enabling you to use your automobiles whenever possible, and bring back the "Devil's Darkness" of the past. 

• Radical thought - Like you, we love to to drive but get very annoyed at meddlesome types making us walk up to ONE HUNDRED yards from our cars to the ciggy shop. Where to park? Can we get closer? We need a solution. We need radical thinking. 

With this in mind, we bring you GM Parking. At present a small team, we hope to show you some of the many hidden parking spots in our city that are often overlooked by the fair minded or non-ignorant (Hint - bus stops easily accommodate a transit van and are often sited near fast food shops). With the continued help of our good populace, and maybe even you, we can find more marvellous locations for temporarily fly-tipping our vehicles.
